The stallion turned his gaze toward the setting sun and saw hoof prints in the dirt. He blinked when he looked closer to the prints. It seemed as if one hoof was dragging, a back hoof. He lifted his head away from the dirt and then followed the prints, wondering whos they were.

By the time the sun set, Morga was able to walk normally, or mostly normally. She seemed to be having some lingering effects, and she snorted a little. She didn't know of Apollo's curiosity that was having him heading back here as she wandered around, grazing.
She was still favoring the leg a little, but other then that, she was fine. Turning she was able to float, some what, once more, and she listened, feeling relaxed in the silence.

The stallion followed the hoof prints for quite a while. The sun was almost gone when he stopped and sniffed the air, and her sent came to his nose. He tossed his head up and saw the gray mare standing there, grazing, but favoring her back leg a little. He blinked and then let a soft, low nicker come out of his maw.

Morga whirled around and snorted a little, ears back slightly, before having them go back up. "What are you doing back here? she asked coldly, deciding to ignore the fact he had come back.
She hadn't ordered him to stay away, but him coming back hadn't been something she had been expecting. Besides, she was curious as to why he was here. And she could always run him off if she felt like it.

The stallion watched her turn around to face him and he winced. "I wanted to see why my leg felt better. How did you know about that?" He asked her, his eyes cast down. He knew he could be punished for asking the question, but he he wanted to know.

Morga snorted a little, and snapped, "Count your blessings I don't feel like walking over there, and kicking you in the back leg to re-break it, but that would undo my hard work. Which is why I don't feel like doing it, and I knew because you aren't the only one who can follow a set of hoof prints."
She eyed him, and snorted before turning away from him, walking off, still favoring the leg a little, yet floating a little.

The stallion blinked when she began to speak to him harshly. He swished his black tail about him as she finished speaking. His green eyes watched as she walked away from him, leaving him alone once more, but that didn't bother him. What did bother him was why she healed him from his pain. It was just too weird.

Morga knew she had been harsh, but she didn't care. She was annoyed that he had come back. She hadn't had a foal, ever, and she knew she could have issues.
Shaking her head a little, she tried to trot away, only to quickly go back to her floating walk. Apparently not healing for some time then doing that had been a bad idea.
Right now she didn't care if he asked any questions, and she stopped, standing very still, thinking. "Why did you follow the hoof prints?" she asked, looking back at him.

Apollo had stood there, thinking to himself when her words came into his mind. He blinked and looked up to see her standing there. He snorted in surprise and then he dropped his head and stamped a hoof, his green eyes cast down like normal. "Because I wanted to see where they lead to. I wanted to know why I had gotten better." He told her.

"I'm glad to know your curiosity was satisfied. What? Shocked to realized the evil Morga can heal as well as kill? Isn't that the way Life is? Both birth and death?" Morga answered coldly.
Glaring, she stopped, and stated, "For this question, and this question only, I give you this. I want an answer, an honest answer, and I won't kill you for it. Mainly because I give you permission, and I'll remember this. If given a choice, would you stay with a mare you had gotten pregnant?"

Apollo blinked as he heard the question. He had never stayed with a mare before. He had always been kicked away by the female that he had gotten pregant and then gone back to see what the foal was and how it had turned out, all of that fun stuff. He had only stayed with one mare before and after the foal was born, she made him leave.
He looked back down to the ground and kicked the dirt around his front hoof. "No mare has ever let me stay with her. But the answer is "Yes." I would stay with the mare, if given a choice." He told her his honest answer. He looked up and hoped to catch her eye, but was a little afriad to do so.
[OCC- You can send Morga away. Just say something like, "She nodded at his answer and then left him standing there, alone. Months later....blah, blah. Know what I mean?]

Morga stared and nodded. "Whatever you wish then," she answered, and walked away from him.
She left him with a choice, to stay or to leave. Right now, she didn't care, she just wanted to lay down.
Months passed, and Morga began to show signs of pregnancy. When the time came, she retired to her glade, and began to go through the process of her first birth.
[ooc: I left it at that so you could reply with whatever if you want. She'll give birth next post]

Apollo stood outside of the glade that Morga and he had bred in. He stood there, waiting for the birth of his child. He snorted and then started to pace outside of the entrance of the glade. His mouth was dry and his stomach growled, but he didn't leave the entrance of the glade. His steps were quick and his stride was long as he waited.

Morga began to push, pushing hard and she let out a groan, ignoring the hoof beats outside her glade. She had gotten used to Apollo, and hadn't been as cruel as 11 months ago.
Pushing again, the foal began to come out, and soon a breathing foal was there. Turning over, she began to like the foal to discover 'it' was a she.
Almost pure black, this was broken by a white diamond shaped star on her forehead and four white socks.
Morga stood up, feeling exhausted, and she soon saw her daughter had inherited her father's strong will, as she quickly stood, beginning her first meal.
"It's a girl. If you want to help name her get in here," Morga snapped, still not letting go of her nature.

"It's a girl. If you want to help name her get in here." Were the first words that Apollo had heard in hours from the female. He smirked a little at her words. He had gotten used to her snapping at him, and even stopped hating her with all of his heart. Now he had a small soft spot for the mare. He turned and trotted into the glade, his black mane bouncing.
As he came into the glade he saw Morga and a small black foal under her. He smiled and walked over to her and his new born daughter. He dipped his head down and asked, "How are you feeling?" He still hadn't gotten over looking down and dipping his head when he spoke to her.
